Here’s the deal for this week:
So, here’s today’s project:
These bows are so cute and easy to make with the Gift Bow Bigz L die. They make such a cute package! We made these boxes at my last Stamp Club night and everyone really liked them! (Some even said that they didn’t want to give it away!!!) We added a Frosted Finishes Embellishment in the center of the bow and it really added a nice finishing touch!
The box is a 3-1/2″ square Kraft box (Item #124106) sold in pack of 4 for $3.50. I cut a 2″ x 12″ strip in the Winter Frost Designer Series paper and wrapped it around the box. I cut a 3″ circle in Island Indigo card stock with the Big Shot and 3″ Circle Bigz die and I embossed it with the Pretty Print embossing folder. I glue the bow on top of the circle with a Stampin’ dimensional. The strip of Designer paper is just a little too short to wrap around the whole box, so you have to add another piece such as the circle to attach both ends together. (I glued the 2 ends of the strip under the Indigo circle.)
I used the gift tag from Christmas Collectibles stamp set and cut it with the Christmas Ornament punch to complete the project.
