Saying Goodbye to “Turtle and Co”

Remember this set? I used it for a Valentine’s Day card (click here to see it) and for a kid’s birthday card (click here to see it). Here’s one more kid’s birthday card that also uses “Patterned Party” stamp set.  (At least, this set is coming back in the new catalogue!!!)  To color the turtle, I used the blender pen and the Lucky Limeade ink.  The party hats are colored with the markers.  I also used the markers for the balloons so they would be different colors.  I added some dazzling diamonds to the cake make it “sparkly” (kids always love sparkles!!!)

Stamp set: Turtle and Co. (#122870), Patterned Party (#123065),

CS and paper: Daffodil Delight, Lucky Limeade, Whisper White,

Ink: Daffodil Delight, Lucky Limeade, Island Indigo, Real Red, Stampin’ Markers in Pacific Blue, Real Red, Pumpkin Pie, Tangerine Tango, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive

Tools: Big Shot and Scallop Squares Duo (#120903)

Others: 2-way glue and Dazzling Diamonds, Googly eyes
